We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Oro Vista in Oro Valley, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with current residents.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents, providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing terms.
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features to potential residents.
- Process rental applications, screen applicants, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve any leasing-related issues.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
- Stay informed about local rental market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a similar leasing/customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with leasing software and property management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
