Registered Nurse (RN)

This position requires night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.

2 years of nursing experience is required.

Current Wisconsin nursing license

BLS (Basic Life Support)

NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our medical unit. The ideal candidates will possess a strong nursing background and be skilled in providing high-quality patient care. This role requires flexibility as travel to other units may be necessary.

Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, standards of care, and state laws/practice act.

Document patient care according to established standards.

Develop, implement, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies.

Participate in departmental or unit performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance.

Utilize clinical expertise to provide guidance across various units/departments supporting patient care plans.

Employ critical thinking to ensure patient safety and a positive patient experience, escalating issues to the appropriate chain of command as needed.

Holiday coverage is required for this position.
