Any contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or arrives more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will face immediate termination. Exceptions for situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization will be reviewed with supporting evidence. Travelers are not eligible for shift incentives and are required to make up any call-ins within the contract time frame. Travelers must be willing to float to any area they are qualified for.
