Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Title: Rehab Specialist Location: HealthSource of Lake Oswego Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Owners FLSA Status: Non-Exempt HealthSource Chiropractic is looking for a high‑energy, patient‑oriented Chiropractic Assistant/Rehab Specialist to join our team! A BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification is preferred, but not required. If you have the right personality, drive, and desire, we can train you for this position! Responsibilities Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises Apply therapies including spinal decompression and laser therapy Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics Conduct movement screens to gauge patient needs and progress Assist the doctor in conducting patient x-rays Manage patient flow through the office Help with marketing content creation, lead outreach and follow‑up, social media and email marketing Participate in Community Outreach Marketing Things You Should Know Hourly compensation based on experience starting at $20/hour, plus the opportunity to earn regular bonuses. Depending on the person this position may also have the option of being salaried. Chiropractic Assistant’s license not required to apply, but you will be required to become licensed as a CA once employed. In this role you will be cross‑trained in many of the front‑desk responsibilities, including patient check‑in, scheduling, office tours, insurance verification and more.
