Senior Director, Postmarketing Safety Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead global postmarketing safety operations for marketed product portfolio
• Establish cohesive operating model across case management and external engagement functions
• Oversee outsourced ICSR processing vendors and drive performance standards
• Develop operational processes with specialty pharmacies, hubs, and patient support programs
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, quality metrics, and governance frameworks

Requirements

• Extensive postmarketing safety operations and pharmacovigilance leadership experience
• Proven capability managing global case management operations and ICSR processing
• Experience building and scaling operating models across distributed external partners
• Strong vendor management and performance optimization background
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and international pharmacovigilance standards
• Experience with safety data systems, technology integration, and digital capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional partnerships and drive governance
