Location: Concord, MA Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Pay: $22 per hour Open Positions: 2 Schedule Options Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Make an Impact From Day One Pyramid Healthcare is a trusted leader in behavioral healthcare, providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our Concord, MA facility provides SUD treatment for adults, and we are currently hiring two Intake Coordinators to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of the admission process and help clients take the first step toward recovery. Position Summary The Intake Coordinator plays an important role in creating a smooth and supportive experience for clients entering and completing treatment. This position coordinates admissions and discharges, completes required documentation and assessments, and works closely with clients, families, insurance providers, and members of the treatment team. What You’ll Do Coordinate admission and discharge processes, including required paperwork and documentation Collect and verify information such as photo ID and insurance documentation Complete level-of-care assessments and required PCPC or ASAM documentation Manage insurance-related processes, including precertifications and utilization review documentation Assist clients with Medical Assistance applications and required documentation Conduct phone and in-person pre-screens and schedule assessments and referrals Communicate with outside providers and stakeholders, including probation/parole officers and employers, with appropriate client consent Support discharge planning, including coordinating outpatient appointments Maintain accurate client records and ensure required documentation is completed Follow confidentiality, licensing, and accreditation standards Complete required training and other duties as assigned What You Bring Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Previous experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred Skills Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and professional approach when working with clients Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
