Class Action and Complex Litigation Attorney

Overview The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full‑service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice. This position requires a candidate with at least six (6) years of experience handling commercial litigation and large class actions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience representing institutional SFR/BTR companies in all areas of defense litigation, including fair housing, criminal investigations by state Attorney General offices, employment, and national operational compliance. Key responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation—drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy. Superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required; admission to the Alabama Bar is a plus.
