Skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are needed to help guide and implement behavioral programs, supporting students and staff throughout the academic year on a contract basis.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working within school settings is preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs
• Background clearance as required by educational settings

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments for students and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective behavioral interventions
• Provide staff training and consultation on evidence-based practices
• Monitor student progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, providing professional guidance and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal requirements
