As an integral member of the FP&A team, this role will oversee 3 areas a) Revenue Tracking b) Bonus Detail Management c) T&E support.Revenue tracking – The analyst will assist with monthly revenue tracking, particularly through data analytics associated with our businesses and clients and develop/refine existing visualization dashboards.Bonus – Generate bottoms up detailed modelling for quarterly bonus updates and be actively involved with HR in the Q1 bonus payout exercise.T&E support – Partner with another Senior Analyst to manage the T&E exceptions/escalation process while working with our offshoring team.The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and resourceful, with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data. You will be a critical part of a visible cross-functional team and will help drive strategic decision making. This person will help support business relationships with corporate leaders across the organization and will also partner closely with the Sales Ops, Client Finance teams, HR Teams, and the offshoring teams. We’re always evolving.You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.You are a highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.What You Should Have: 3+ years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance,Experience with revenue reporting and tracking, T&E and/or Bonus is highly preferredBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Excited to lead and drive data management best practices.High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication / collaboration skills required; role involves building strong relationships across the organization and communicating / presenting ideas clearly to management.Internally motivated individual who is intellectually curious and not afraid to seek out projects independently.Experience working with AI tools (Co-pilot, others) to drive automation and data visualization tools such as Domo/Tableau is a strong plus.Experience working with Business Services, Advertising, Media, Technology Services or Public Relations firms is a plus.Pay Range: $90,000-$100,000This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
