Responsibilities:

• Manage medical marketing projects
• Work with clients and internal teams
• Coordinate account onboarding and provision of marketing services
• Ensure project completion within budget and schedule
• Maintain client expectations and manage project scope
• Prepare marketing campaign reports and conduct review calls with clients
• Perform quality control to ensure complete client satisfaction
• Investigate and resolve client issues and concerns
• Track project milestones and deliverables
