What We're Looking For

Jeeves by Casago is looking for an enthusiastic and strong leader to join our team as a Luxury Property Manager. A successful candidate in this role has both strong communication and handy-person skills as they will be called upon to do anything from changing a light bulb to helping a guest figure out how to light a gas fireplace over the phone, to walking an owner through their monthly statement.

What You'll Do

• Oversee Jeeves by Casago operations, managing a specific high-end portfolio of properties
• Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of the properties by proactively communicating and becoming the subject matter expert of those properties, ensuring they are clean, maintained and well cared for
• Meet and maintain Jeeves by Casago standards and metrics such as owner satisfaction, standard unit appearance, and efficiency
• Manage a budget for your high-end portfolio adhering to set annual costs, with the ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis
• Support high-end portfolio revenue goals by applying sales, marketing, and revenue management knowledge to grow occupancy, rates, and owner returns
• Manage an efficient and high-quality team, ensuring they are trained, effective, and adhere to all Jeeves by Casago policies and procedures
• Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls, and work orders
• Partner and assist your Business Development team when new units join the high-end portfolio
• Ability to perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, unclog a toilet, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with in-home technology and high-end electronics (smart home systems, audio/video equipment, Wi-Fi and networking)
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team
• Provide cross-coverage for your manager and fellow Luxury Property Manager(s) when necessary
• Conduct regular inspections before guest and owner arrivals
• Close and bill work orders promptly
• Review statements before sending them out to owners

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical computer skills are required on all forms of hardware: laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
• Professional in all forms of communication such as email, phone calls, video calls, and texts
• Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
• Highly responsive and reliable
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior housekeeping experience is a plus
• Experience troubleshooting high-end electronics and IT knowledge is a plus
• Marketing knowledge is a plus
• Sales and revenue management experience is a plus
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Flex schedule, with availability to work Sunday through Saturday, including early mornings and evenings as needed
• Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need reliable transportation
• Occasional need to perform housekeeping and maintenance duties
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
• Reach overhead and below the waist
• Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
