LGBTQ+ Outreach & Housing Navigator
Bill Wilson Center
Bill Wilson Center seeks an LGBTQ+ Case Manager and Outreach Specialist to support temporarily housed LGBTQ+ youth and young adults in transitions to independent housing. You will perform intake assessments, create individualized plans, and connect clients with housing, education, healthcare, and legal resources. Under supervision, you will engage in outreach, street outreach at encampments, and educational activities, collaborating with THP and Behavioral Health teams to promote stability, #J-18808-Ljbffr Bill Wilson Center
