Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional states to evaluate needs and goals.

• Formulate comprehensive and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual clients, using various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with clients of all ages, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Provide specialized couples therapy sessions to enhance communication and help resolve conflicts.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on the clients' progress and development.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each client’s treatment journey, including progress notes and case histories, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, keeping client welfare at the forefront.

• Respond to crisis situations promptly, offering support and intervention when needed.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in marriage and family therapy by participating in continual professional development opportunities.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards by protecting client confidentiality and advocating for their rights.

• Encourage and educate clients on self-care techniques while promoting wellness activities both within and outside of therapy.

• Use secure teletherapy platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring a confidential environment for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
