This role involves scaling qualified employer acquisition across paid channels by executing campaign strategies, maintaining performance, and building a disciplined testing program. Job title Senior Performance Marketing Specialist Company MeeBoss Location Bellevue, WA (On-site) Compensation $80,000-120,000/year What you will do Build, launch, and optimize employer acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google. Support Apple Search Ads and other app-acquisition campaigns as business needs evolve. Manage daily and weekly budget pacing within approved channel allocations. Optimize targeting, keywords, search terms, negative keywords, bids, placements, and audiences. Execute structured tests across creative, lead magnets, offers, landing experiences, forms, and audience segments. Translate performance findings into clear creative briefs and iteration requests for internal or external creative partners. Complete pre-launch and post-launch QA for ads, links, forms, UTMs, conversion events, and landing pages. Monitor MQL volume, CPL, and downstream quality signals to identify performance or lead-quality issues. Work with Marketing Operations to reconcile campaign results across advertising platforms, CRM, and analytics tools. Prepare concise weekly channel reporting with findings, actions, and recommended next tests. Support bounded new-channel pilots when prioritized by the Director of Performance Marketing. Maintain clear campaign documentation, naming conventions, and testing records. What we are looking for 3 to 5 years of hands-on paid-media experience in an in-house or agency environment. Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience with paid lead generation, customer acquisition, or app marketing. Demonstrated experience building campaigns, managing meaningful budgets, and improving performance against CPL or acquisition targets. Strong understanding of audience strategy, search optimization, creative testing, and conversion tracking. Confidence working in Excel or Google Sheets to analyze and communicate performance. Ability to turn campaign data into clear actions without overcomplicating the findings. Strong organizational skills and attention to launch and tracking details. Ability to collaborate with creative, operations, product, sales, and agency partners.
