The Role:

A growing digital marketing team is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns that generate qualified pipeline. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Lead, this hands-on role focuses on building targeted, data-driven campaigns across multiple advertising platforms while continually improving lead quality and campaign performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career B2B performance marketer looking to expand their expertise and develop into a channel owner within a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Support account-based marketing initiatives targeting key decision-makers.
• Translate ideal customer profiles into precise audience targeting and campaign structures.
• Assist with paid campaign testing across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Monitor campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and conversion data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain accurate tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager and CRM platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, messaging, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead generation and marketing performance.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or a digital agency.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Google Ads.
• Exposure to Meta, TikTok, or Reddit Ads is considered an asset.
• Understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and paid acquisition strategies.
• Comfortable analysing campaign data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and customer acquisition costs.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing technology is beneficial.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and time management skills.
