Client Experience Coordinator

Client Experience Coordinator Position Functions: Provide High Level Excellent Service and Client Care; Lead for handling and routing calls - You often will serve as the initial contact for incoming client and vendor calls; Scheduling and Calendar Management - managing the scheduling process; Client account maintenance including Salesforce CRM Management - enter and maintain client data in systems; Assist the Client Excellence Service Team in Operations; Office management - supplies, storeroom, cleaning people; Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by regulators and our Team .
