Regional Administrative Operations Manager - Construction

DH Pace

The Regional Administrative Operations Manager leads administrative functions for a multi-branch region within DH Pace’s door and security solutions business. This role manages and develops admin staff, oversees daily workflows, and ensures accurate, timely completion of regional administrative tasks. The manager prepares operational reports, audits commissions and incentives, helps with budgeting, coordinates projects and meetings, resolves escalated issues, and travels periodically to Southeast regional offices to support local admin teams.
