Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Assistant Unit Manager to join our team at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Catskill, New York. Responsibilities Assist the Unit Manager in managing daily operations of the nursing unit, including coordinating care, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies Provide direct patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and performing various medical treatments Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care and support Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans, and to address resident needs and concerns Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, including documenting progress notes, medication administration records, and incident reports Requirements Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NY State license Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with regulations and standards governing long-term care facilities Work Schedule Monday through Friday, no weekends About the Role As an RN Registered Nurse Assistant Unit Manager at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
