The role will involve supporting sales of the existing portfolio and participating in the development of new materials or the improvement of existing grades by conducting thorough laboratory test series in accordance with customer requirements and internal or external standards. Supporting product qualification, generating data to validate customer complaints, and screening raw materials as needed will also be regular activities. While a certain level of autonomy is expected for this role, all activities will be guided and supervised by the Manager, Head of Innovation Delivery, Architectural CoatingsJob DescriptionHands-on lab work in the preparation and testing of architectural formulations based on existing starting formulations.Support the design and execute of customer- and non customer-related projects and discuss/communicate the project status and results with the relevant stakeholders.
