Job Title: Test Operator Job Description The role involves testing and monitoring assigned equipment such as TV modems and cable boxes to ensure product quality and functionality. Responsibilities include plugging devices into a testing center, which is a metal shelf that can hold over 20 boxes, and either testing or updating them with new software as needed. Perform tasks according to step-by-step instructions while maintaining quality standards. Essential Skills Device configuration and electronics testing. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to stand, sit, or move throughout the workday and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience using computers, electronics, gaming systems, or other technology devices. Previous experience in a warehouse, quality inspection, assembly, or technical support environment. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.21 - $15.21/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
