Job Requirements MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and a minimum of one‑year fellowship training (or foreign equivalent) in pediatric anesthesia. Board certified or eligible (or foreign equivalent) in anesthesiology. Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Washington.
