About the Position: You will serve as the Equal Employment Specialist for the US Army Criminal Investigation Division. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by: 1) Planning, developing, overseeing Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) projects and studies, 2) Administering diversity and inclusion strategies, initiatives, and policies to increase participation rates of diverse groups; 3) Analyzing representation of minorities, women, and individuals with disabilities in all grade levels, pay plans, and career programs, and 4) reporting all EEO complaints through coordination and collaboration with local EEO office.
