We're looking for passionate, hands-on Sous Chefs who thrive in all-scratch kitchens and have a proven ability to lead teams, maintain high standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations Lead, coach, and develop line cooks and kitchen staff Ensure consistent execution of recipes, plating, and quality standards Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and food cost controls Support scheduling, labor management, and operational efficiency Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented kitchen culture Qualifications 3–5 years of Sous Chef experience in an all-scratch kitchen Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience in high-volume restaurant environments Knowledge of inventory control, food costing, and kitchen systems Excellent organizational and communication abilities Passion for culinary excellence and continuous improvement Compensation & Schedule $60,000–$75,000 annual salary 5-day workweek Approximately 50 hours per week Multiple opportunities available throughout Metro Detroit Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, dining privileges, and bonus potential Why Explore These Opportunities?
