Staffing Coordinator Non Recruiter Belmont Village Calabasas $24.00 per hour ABOUT THE ROLE (Full Time) 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday As a Staffing Coordinator at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will be responsible for scheduling Nurses, Med Techs and Caregivers, coordinating time off requests, tracking overtime, creating daily assignment sheets, scheduling breaks and tracking attendance. This position supports the Director of Resident Care Services with resident files and clerical duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate 24 hour work schedules including coverage for call offs and approved time off requests using On Shift scheduling software Effectively manage staffing schedules to fairly distribute work hours, keep overtime to a minimum and minimize contract labor hours Coordinate new hire training and support new employee orientation process Data entry and administrative clerical support related to department supplies, payroll, time & attendance in Kronos.
