Primary Care Physician

CVS Health

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations using an iPad and a standardized clinical workflow. Each visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and, when required by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests. As a part‑time clinician, you will travel locally to members’ homes, may conduct virtual visits, and provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services as indicated. #J-18808-Ljbffr
