We are currently seeking a full-time Coffee-mate Utility to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works 8 hour shifts 5 days a week. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for the set up and staging of materials for machine operation.Responsible for the operation of equipment within company established rates.Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of equipment.Rotate shifts to cover for anticipated absences. Perform all job duties in accordance with the company’s safety and quality guidelines. Accurately complete all required documentation and system transactions.Properly use all personal protective gear per company guidelines. Assure timely cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and assure absence of down time. Dispose of trash and cleans work area thoroughly.Remove any unused product, boxes and utensils and assure clear and clean work area.Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.Participation on factory teams. QualificationsPrior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office SoftwareDemonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast pace environment Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold)Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.00 to $24.44. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
