Poverni Sheikh Group is seeking a detail-oriented Underwriter & Portfolio Manager to support the closing and underwriting of real estate development loans ranging from $3 million to $30 million. You will drive loans from term sheet through funding, coordinating diligence, documentation, and closing logistics across multifamily, industrial, and other CRE asset classes.
