Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Senior Manager, Group Sales
• Assists the Senior Manager, Group Sales & Director, Ticket Sales with team initiatives & goals
• Plan and execute various large events ranging from but not limited to: group leader events, large scale sales events, & prospecting events
• Execute all new membership prospecting including but not limited to select a seat, pregame and post-game events, prospect events, etc.
• Performs general ticketing process such as reporting, event planning, and promo code generation
• Manage a part-time game day staff to ensure Fan Experiences and Member Events are properly staff
• Help with internal events for the Ticket Sales & Service Department

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, guest experience, & event management experience preferred.
• Excellent relationship building and people skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Archtics & FEVO is a plus
• A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Organized and detail orientated
• Ability to multi-task & balance multiple projects at once and meet required deadlines.
• Assertive, confident, persistent, and results oriented.
• While looking to succeed personally, you must be able and interested in supporting a team environment and adhering to the Ticket Sales & Service department's objectives, goals and mandates.
• Strong time management skills, administrative aptitude, organization, and customer service skills.
• High energy with the ability to remain focused while working independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
