Computer Specialist

Our client is currently seeking a Computer User Support Specialist to join a project-based IT Service Desk team for a government healthcare department. This role provides technical assistance to users, resolves computer problems via telephone or electronic ticketing, and may involve onsite support. Skills Desktop support Troubleshooting Customer service ITSM / ServiceNow Qualifications 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 0 years with a Master’s, or 4 years with a high school diploma. U.S. citizenship and an active clearance required. 1 year of help‑desk experience using ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow. Experience Level Entry‑mid level Job Type & Location Contract to Hire; Miami, FL. Hybrid work arrangement. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour.
