Reconstruction Project Manager

WeareseekinganexperiencedanddependableReconstructionProjectManagertooverseeresidentialandcommercialrestorationprojectsfrominitialplanningthroughcompletion.Thisroleisresponsibleformanagingprojecttimelines,coordinatingfieldteamsandsubcontractors,communicatingwithcustomers,andensuringprojectsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,andinalignmentwithSasserRestoration’squalitystandards. Theidealcandidateisanorganizedanddetail-orientedprofessionalwhotakesownershipoftheirprojects,valuesstrongcommunication,andunderstandstheimportanceofdeliveringapositivecustomerexperienceduringtherestorationprocess.Thisindividualshouldbereliable,adaptable,andcommittedtomaintaininghighstandardswhileeffectivelymanagingmultipleprojectpriorities. KeyResponsibilities: Managereconstructionprojectsfromscopedevelopmentthroughfinalcompletion. Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforcustomers,ensuringclearcommunicationandaprofessionalexperiencethroughouttheproject. Reviewprojectscopes,estimates,schedules,anddocumentationtoensureaccurateprojectexecution.CoordinatewithReconstructionSuperintendents,TradeSpecialists,subcontractors,vendors,andinternalteamstomaintainprojectprogress. Developandmaintainprojectscheduleswhilemonitoringdeadlines,milestones,andoverallprojectperformance. Communicateprojectupdates,changes,challenges,andexpectationswithcustomersandleadership.Reviewjobsiteprogressandensureworkisbeingcompletedaccordingtoscope,qualitystandards,andsafetyrequirements. Identifypotentialprojectissuesandworkcollaborativelytodevelopsolutions. Maintainaccurateprojectdocumentationincludingphotos,notes,changeorders,andprogressupdates.Assistwithmaterialselections,ordering,scheduling,andcoordinationtokeepprojectsmovingefficiently.Ensurecompletedworkmeets SasserRestoration’sexpectationsforquality,craftsmanship,andcustomersatisfaction. Supportapositiveteamenvironmentthroughclearcommunication,organization,andaccountability.Followcompanyprocesses,safetyprocedures,andrestorationindustrystandards. Qualifications: 3+yearsofexperiencemanagingresidentialorcommercialconstruction,reconstruction,orrestorationprojects. Strongunderstandingofconstructionprocesses,buildingpractices,andprojectsequencing. Experiencemanagingmultipleprojectsfromstarttofinish. Strongorganizationalskillswiththeabilitytoprioritizetasksandmanagechangingprojectneeds.Excellentcommunicationskillswithcustomers,fieldteams,subcontractors,andleadership. Detail-orientedwithafocusonaccuracy,documentation,andqualitycontrol. Abilitytoidentifychallenges,evaluateoptions,andimplementpracticalsolutions. Comfortableworkingindependentlywhilefollowingestablishedcompanyprocesses. Strongcustomerservicemindsetandabilitytobuildtrustwithhomeownersandclients. Proficientwithconstructiondocumentation,scheduling,andprojectmanagementtools. Validdriver’slicenserequired. PreferredQualifications: Previousexperienceininsurancerestoration/reconstruction. ExperiencewithXactimateestimatingsoftware. Knowledgeofinsuranceclaimsprocessesandrestorationdocumentation. IICRCcertificationsorotherconstruction-relatedcertifications.
