Overview

The Senior Analyst, Paid Social is responsible for the hands-on management and execution of paid social campaigns for assigned clients. This role supports all core campaign management activities, including campaign setup, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. The Senior Analyst also plays a key role in identifying and implementing optimization opportunities, in partnership with the Manager and with client approval. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving media landscape. They bring a strong executional mindset, a passion for performance, and a collaborative approach to working across teams. Our social team partners with some of the largest and most dynamic clients within the agency across a wide range of industries. We're looking for an enthusiastic paid social practitioner who is eager to dive into multiple projects, deepen platform expertise, and contribute meaningfully to campaign success.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage paid social campaigns across key platforms, ensuring accurate setup, pacing, and delivery aligned to client objectives
• Own campaign documentation, trafficking, QA processes, and ongoing maintenance with a high level of precision and attention to detail
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities across targeting, creative, bidding, and budgets; implement updates as approved by the Manager and client
• Support the development of clear, insightful performance reporting and help surface key takeaways and recommendations
• Manage billing reconciliation and spend tracking to ensure accuracy and alignment with planned budgets
• Partner closely with Managers and cross-functional teams to support integrated media efforts and seamless campaign execution
• Utilize platform tools and emerging AI-assisted capabilities (e.g., automated bidding, audience expansion, creative testing insights) where appropriate to improve efficiency and performance
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and best-practice development within the paid social team

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience completing paid social advertising campaigns with a high level of accuracy
• Direct experience managing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with experience in TikTok required; Snapchat and Pinterest experience preferred
• Strong understanding of paid social campaign setup, QA, pacing, and performance measurement
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Collaborative demeanor with strong communication skills and a desire to continue learning and growing within paid social
• Help train/support new junior social analysts on the brilliant basics of platform management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
