System Support Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting a critical government system, the hybrid System Support Analyst will provide client-side application support, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to system monitoring and troubleshooting from Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM EST. Key responsibilities Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the development team Collaborate with team members to monitor system performance, analyze issues, and document resolutions Assist users with Tier II support, troubleshooting system issues and questions as needed Required qualifications Associate's degree and at least 2 years of experience in system support Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and troubleshooting capabilities Basic knowledge of Active Directory and networking concepts Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment Ability to obtain the required government Public Trust security clearance
