Staff Nurse QA

Staff Nurse
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors, and support overall healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety, maintain accurate records, and deliver care in accordance with hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
- Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical charts
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety regulations
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-care instructions
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
- Valid nursing license/registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
Experience
- 03 years (Freshers can also apply)
- Experience in hospital/clinical settings is an advantage
Skills Required
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and adaptability
Salary
- As per industry standards
