Role: The Oncology Account Manager, Hematology, is responsible for promoting Genmab's oncology portfolio within the U.S. hematology space, building relationships with healthcare professionals across private practices, hospitals, and academic centers in Miami, FL, and Puerto Rico. Objectives meeting/exceeding sales targets advancing product awareness supporting patient access through effective communication of disease and product information Responsibilities developing territory business plans analyzing market data fostering long-term stakeholder relationships ensuring compliant, ethical brand representation High-value biopharma specifics involve hematology oncology, biologics, and injectable therapies, with a focus on patient-centered care, market access, and reimbursement pathways. The role demands effective virtual and in-person engagement, team collaboration, and adherence to industry regulations. Requirements a Bachelor's degree 4+ years in pharma sales or clinical roles with proven success in oncology/hematology experience in product launches and account management Preferred qualifications fluency in Spanish oncology launch experience proficiency with tools like Veeva and MS Office Location Remote with regional travel.
