Accounting Manager / Executive Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Manager / Executive Assistant to help manage our day-to-day accounting operations while providing administrative support to company leadership. This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, clean financial reporting, executive coordination, and improving the systems and processes that keep our organization running smoothly. About the Role: Financial Operations & Reporting Oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and the general ledger Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping Manage payroll entries and maintain organized financial documentation Review service agreements, validate billing, reconcile time entries, and ensure accurate invoicing Assist in maintaining accurate recurring billing and client account records Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and management summaries as needed Executive & Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to company leadership Track action items, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help keep priorities on schedule Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and administrative tasks are completed on time Assist with client, vendor, and internal communications as needed Help organize company documentation, recurring reminders, and operational processes Support general administrative and operational needs as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred 4-7 years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or similar experience Experience supporting business owners or executives is a plus Experience in an IT services, technology, or service-based business is a plus Required Skills Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and GAAP fundamentals Experience with accounting, billing, or business management software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Comfortable handling confidential information professionally Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, dependable, and committed to following through on tasks Work Location Onsite in Doral, Florida Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST #J-18808-Ljbffr BCA IT, Inc.
