Perform and or order appropriate advanced diagnostics to support comprehensive case management. Develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans for patients while maintaining a strong focus on quality of life. Collaborate with SEVO Med oncology specialists and external referral partners when patients require additional specialty care. Work with a consistent, experienced nursing team to provide efficient and exceptional patient care. Mentor technicians and support staff as part of daily case management and patient care. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians through clear communication and continuity of care. Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care. Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations. Contribute to a positive, team focused hospital culture built on collaboration, respect, mentorship, and continuous learning. What You Bring DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for veterinary licensure in the state of Florida. Board Certification in Internal Medicine through ACVIM or residency training in Internal Medicine. Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client centered approach. A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care. A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine. An interest in practicing outpatient Internal Medicine within a focused specialty environment.
