Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $50,000 - $70,000 annually, plus commission opportunities.
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package available.
- Work Environment : On-site position with no travel required.
- Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including some high-net-worth accounts.
- Quote and process new business and renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to support the agency's growth and operational goals.
- Utilize SIS/PartnerXE software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Experience : Minimum of 3+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager (AM); 5+ years preferred. Candidates with captive insurance experience will also be considered.
- Licenses : Active insurance license required.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in SIS/PartnerXE software is preferred. Familiarity with carriers such as Erie and Westfield is a plus.
- Soft Skills : Dependable, detail-oriented, and strong customer service skills.
- Training : A 2-3 week training period will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
