Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month contract opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams. Manage interview calendars and ensure timely communication with all participants. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Assist recruiters with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and other recruitment-related documentation. Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and onboarding activities. Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed. Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through hire. Qualifications 1+ years of recruiting coordination, HR administration, or administrative support experience. Experience scheduling interviews and managing calendars in a high-volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, or similar platforms. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
