Our Janitorial Specialists keep the building looking its best. In this dual‑action role, your daily tasks as a Site Liaison will include: Cleaning and maintaining offices, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. Refilling restroom supplies, emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Greeting external maintenance contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and verifying credentials. Escorting vendors to service areas and ensuring they follow all safety and security log protocols. Operating equipment safely like vacuum cleaners, wet vacuums, and floor buffers. What You Bring To The Team Communication: Great people skills to chat professionally with corporate clients and contractors. Reliability: Excellent punctuality and independent time‑management skills. Physicality: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move up to 35 lbs throughout your shift. Experience Bonus: Customer service, retail, or facility lead experience is preferred, but no prior commercial cleaning experience is required — we will train you!
