Donations Coordinator

Location: Sacramento, CA

Schedule: Full Time | Onsite

Position Overview

The Donations Coordinator supports donation and community engagement initiatives through strong administrative coordination and documentation. This role is primarily office based and focuses on tracking donations, communicating with donors, and organizing donation drives that support community needs. The position requires excellent attention to detail and comfort working in a structured, process driven environment.

Responsibilities

- Log, track, and manage incoming donations accurately within a pre populated database system

- Communicate with donors to confirm donations and provide follow up as needed

- Coordinate donation drives (such as diaper drives) and support related outreach efforts

- Prepare and send donor correspondence, including thank you notes and acknowledgments

- Review entries carefully prior to submission to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Maintain organized records and documentation related to donations and support initiatives

- Provide general administrative support related to donation and community programs

Qualifications

- Strong administrative and organizational skills

- Software knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

- High attention to detail, especially when reviewing data and completing submissions

- Comfortable working with databases and basic data entry systems

- Strong written communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
