Position Summary Digital Product Manager to plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for digital product development. Duties include collaborating on the value proposition, strategic initiatives, roadmap, and target market; working with the Business Product Manager to map out initiatives to create features (Minimum Viable Product) that are usable and provide value (ROI); streamlining the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/ components for the team; continuously refining the program backlog to adapt to change and facilitate decision‑making on stories, bug fixes, and technical debt as they move through stages in the team Rally board; partnering with business teams to decompose large initiatives into features that deliver business value incrementally; monitoring feature implementation with the Business Product Manager and respective Product Owners; collaborating with software product, product owners, and agile teams to continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline deliverables, and identify and address dependencies, opportunities and risk; reviewing features with Agile teams; resolving questions and supporting product owner teams during user story creation and refinement; collaborating with interfacing agile and application teams to facilitate requirements definition and resolve impediments; collaborating with stakeholders to decompose features into prioritized user stories that deliver value and tangible business results; providing feedback on architecture recommendations with respect to product vision to ensure the development team has sufficient understanding to design, develop, and test user story functionality; providing subject‑matter expertise to explain digital product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered; and liaising with the Business Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Initiative Owner and Solution Architect to clarify requirements. Requirements Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: XML and JSON Agile methodologies and SAFe Software Development Principles ATG Commerce REST, SOAP, Oracle, and Teradata DB2, JIRA, and Rally Confluence Amazon Web Services MySQL and SQL Tableau and Kafka Software development lifecycle (SDLC) Domain support for healthcare or retail organization Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases Data warehousing Pay Range $172,370.00/year to $172,370.00/year Benefits The company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
