Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to join one of our Technology Services clients and sit fully remote. This individual will sit within the VCO (Value Delivery Office) and ideally operate in a hybrid Scrum Master and Project Manager capacity, driving day-to-day delivery execution while ensuring alignment across business stakeholders, IT, external vendors, and leadership teams. This individual will facilitate project delivery ceremonies, manage sprint execution, maintain and optimize project boards, and own project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting. They will partner closely with the Product Manager to translate priorities into actionable sprint plans and ensure development teams remain focused on delivering business value. As the organization continues to mature its product and project management capabilities, this person will help establish governance, operating rhythms, and scalable delivery processes. The Scrum Master / Project Manager will also serve as a key point of coordination with external development partners, tracking delivery against milestones, monitoring KPIs, escalating risks, and ensuring commitments are achieved. They will work closely with Finance, PMO, Change Management, Revenue Operations, and IT stakeholders to maintain project budgets, scope, resource plans, and executive communications. The ideal candidate enjoys operating in the details of delivery while simultaneously maintaining visibility into program-level objectives, risks, and outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, or hybrid delivery lead supporting technology implementations

• Hands-on experience running project ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews

• Experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and external vendors

• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or other project portfolio management tools

• Experience managing executive-level stakeholders, including VP-level and above, with strong communication and influence skills

o Background working within PMO and/or VCO organizations and formal project governance structures

• Experience driving accountability, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery commitments are met in fast-paced environments

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or similar)

• Experience standing up new tools, platforms, or enterprise applications from pilot through production rollout

• Familiarity with project financials, budget tracking, scope management, and resource planning

• Experience managing relationships with third-party software vendors or development partners

• Professional services, consulting, or technology services industry experience

• Experience supporting Product Managers and software development teams in a "ScrumBan" or hybrid Agile delivery environment
