Registered Nurse – Endoscopy in Herrin, Illinois, starting 07/27/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,431 to $2,602, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for endoscopy procedures including colon; EGD; ERCP; PEG tube placement; bronchoscopy; esophageal stents; and related pain procedures.
- Administer moderate sedation, monitor patient status, manage airway as needed, and respond to intra-procedural changes.
- Perform EPIC charting; document assessments, plans, procedures, and perioperative discharge information.
- Admit and discharge patients in the perioperative area; coordinate care with anesthesia and surgical teams.
- Assess patient needs (physical, mental, spiritual) and contribute to an individualized plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in on-call coverage and float to other facilities within the organization when required.

Requirements
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Endoscopy experience with proficiency in colon, EGD, ERCP, PEG tube, bronchoscopy, esophageal stent, and pain procedures
- Ability to perform moderate sedation
- EPIC charting experience
- Able to admit and discharge patients in the perioperative area
- Willingness to float to other facilities within the organization as needed
