We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives at the intersection of real estate finance and financial modeling. This position is focused on the projection, analysis, and reporting work that supports both the Firm's REIT and DST offerings. You will build and maintain the models that drive decision making, support the execution of DST transactions into the REIT, and provide analytical support to teams across the organization.

Location: 100% Remote.

PayRange: $75k-100k.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial projection models for the Firm’s REIT and DST offerings.

• Support the modeling and execution of DST rollovers into the REIT, including portfolio valuation, servicer engagement, diversification considerations, and closing support.
\ N
• Maintain aggregation models used to evaluate the combined performance and capacity of the DST and REIT platforms.
\ N
• Prepare recurring internal performance reporting and analysis for the executive management team.
\ N

Analytical Support and Reporting:

• Analyze and compare the Firm's offerings, including DSTs and the REIT, as well as competitor products.
\ N
• Partner with Syndication, Analysis, and Investor Relations to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
\ N
• Support the underwriting, analysis, and execution of REIT acquisitions of DST portfolios.
\ N

Sales and Distribution Support:

• Draft and refine responses for DDQs and complex investment-related questions.
\ N
• Assist in developing sales support content, including investment summaries and market commentary.
\ N
• Identify common advisorquestions and proactively build scalable, standardized responses.
\ N
• Support the Sales team in effectively communicating the Firm’s investment strategy and positioning.

• Assist in the development and review of marketing materials and presentations.
\ N

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degreein Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
\ N
• 2–5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, real estate underwriting, investment analysis, or a related analytical role within alternative investments.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build, audit, and document multi-period cash flow projections.
\ N
• Strong understanding ofcommercial real estate concepts, including net lease structures, cap rates, financing, and market dynamics.
\ N
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and synthesize insights into practical, decision-ready conclusions.

• Exceptional writing andcommunication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial and investment topics.
\ N
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when handling financial and investment-related content.
\ N
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment.
\ N
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
\ N
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\ N
• Familiarity with DSTs, 1031 exchanges, and non-traded REITs preferred.
