We are seeking a Department Manager, Leadership Partner, Human Resources Management, HR Marketing & Recruiting in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. This role will drive innovative people strategies, talent development, and organizational transformation for BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and BMW Financial Services in the United States.

Influence business success by representing the organization in global HR networks and advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic transformation. Lead and develop a team of HR professionals supporting approximately 2,300 employees across more than 25 locations throughout the United States. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring HR remains a trusted business partner and catalyst for change.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

10 years of human resources management experience. 3+ years of leadership experience. Preferences: Bachelor's degree in concentration in HR Management or related discipline. Master of Business Administration. SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR-CA. 3-5 years of data analytics experience. Experience working for an international company.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office. The expected salary range for this position is $157,800.00. - $291,900.00. The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule.
