Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions focusing on mental health challenges, relationship dynamics, and emotional well-being.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR, to provide quality care and addressing various issues impacting patients.

• Creating tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.
\n
• Documenting patient progress within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state laws regarding confidentiality and privacy.
\n
• Engaging in effective communication with clients and their families, demonstrating strong empathy while respecting cultural and individual differences.
\n
• Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to promote continuous professional development and knowledge sharing.
\n
• Enhancing patient engagement by utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions and managing in-person visits at our outpatient office as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse array of individuals, from children to adults and families from various cultural backgrounds and experiences. We prioritize providing a safe space for our clients to express their concerns and work through issues such as trauma, LGBTQ+ matters, grief and loss, and other mental health challenges. Your role will be integral in helping them feel understood, valued, and equipped to face their difficulties.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited program.
\n
• Current and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in Colorado.
\n
• Strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective service delivery to a diverse clientele.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, particularly with children, adults, and families.
\n
• A deep respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and a commitment to providing personalized care that honors individual customs and needs.

• Proficiency with EHR software, Microsoft Office, and other technologies to facilitate efficient workflow.

• A valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance for potential travel to client sites or community events.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, perinatal mental health, or grief and loss is highly desirable.

• Experience working with in-network insurance panels, expanding access for clients seeking therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an annual salary range of $70,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive sign-on bonus.
