Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Lansing, MI area. What You'll Do
- Provide school psychology services in the school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in School Psychology
- Active Michigan School Psychology License
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
