This role is 100% on site.As a Sales Application Engineer / Specialist, you will:Use your strong technical aptitude and solution selling skills to identify and engage with new customers;Create and execute strategies to penetrate target companies with specific product groups;Develop SPIROL advocates and build meaningful relationships with them; andTactfully overcome barriers to success with tenacity, and demonstrate to the customer the benefits of doing business with SPIROL.The successful candidate will have:Engineering or Business/Marketing degree with strong technical aptitude5-7 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solution sales of direct materials or products into engineered assemblies and applicationsAbility and desire to travel based on business needs and sales objectivesWHY SPIROL:Competitive Compensation StructureHealth/Dental/Vision/Life InsuranceDisability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchingESOP PensionPet InsurancePaid time offEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramEducation Assistance ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramCareers Video Link: an equal opportunity employer.
