Job Description Job Title: Warranty Administrator Location: Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Oak Lawn, IL) Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM Pay: $60,000 per year Remote: No Company Benefits: Competitive PTO Policy Multiple Low-Cost Medical Insurance Options+ Free TelaHealth Low-Cost Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Options Short Term & Long Term Disability 401K Our Warranty Administrator will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring that all warranty-related processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner Review and verify claim information to ensure completeness and compliance with warranty policies and procedures Communicate with representatives regarding claim statuses, approvals, and denials Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence Assist in the reconciliation of warranty receivables and provide regular status updates to the management team. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims Stay up-to-date with warranty policies, procedures, and updates Provide support to the service department by handling customer inquiries related to warranty coverage and claims Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the service department Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Warranty Administration experience, required Ability to look-up, code and input warranty claims Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Google Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
