This role leads day-to-day property management activities, supports leasing and capital improvement initiatives, and ensures high levels of tenant satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance across all assigned properties.Beyond property operations, this position plays an instrumental role in creating environments that support healthcare delivery and enhance the experience of providers, patients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, service-oriented leader who values relationship building and takes pride in supporting spaces that positively impact the community.Manage daily operations of a portfolio of medical office buildingsLead and support building management staff to ensure operational excellence and tenant satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendorsConduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programsOversee tenant move-in/move-out processes and life safety compliance programsDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, and financial performance metricsOversee rent collection, lease compliance, vendor contracts, and legal notices as neededSupport leasing efforts, including tenant tours, lease negotiations, and occupancy initiativesManage tenant improvement and capital projects, including contractor coordination and project oversightBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred; 7+ years equivalent experience consideredActive Real Estate Salesperson's license requiredStrong knowledge of property operations, lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, and capital improvement projectsAbility to interpret leases, contracts, and other real estate documentsStrong leadership, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management/accounting software systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlinesJoin a growing team that is shaping the future of healthcare environments nationwide.
